Place a piece of paper towel over the wax. Heat an iron on low setting and let it sit over the spill. The heat will soften the wax so you can scrape it off with a plastic scraper or cleaning pad made for nonstick cookware.

Soft Scrub works best for me. It's a bleach based cleaner.

Use a chlorine bleach based cleanser, oxygen bleach isn't a whitner, just a cleaner.
