Do you mean Dry wall? As in sheet rock? If so, then I found that a simple stray bottle with hot water works well. Get a large putty knife, spray large area. Let it soak for a few minutes. Start at a seam with the putty knife and gently lift the paper off the wall. Be very careful to not pull the paper too quickly, or you'll also remove the top layer of the sheet rock. Then you will have to extensively putty and sand those areas before you can repaint. Also...if you are going to paint after removing the paper, make sure you scrub the walls thoroughly to remove all glue and particles from the wall, or you'll end up with "Textured" walls.

" An internal partition or cladding constructed usually with a timber frame and plasterboard."

That what we are talking about? I would use steam but this is a hard job to do right. Steam till bubbly and remove the wallpaper. It will likely come loose of plasterboard. There is no danger of damaging the plaster itself.

Very easy i used to do this there are many products but go to Lowe's home improvement or the orange place, H.D. and they sell non toxic gel that you score the wall paper and brush on the gel and the paper just falls off real simple , if you just try to tear it off you have a better chance of wining the lottery

Very carefully. Sorry, couldn't resist. There are products on the market that claim to remove wallpaper, mostly they are wetting agents. Your best bet is the steam remover. They can be purchased, or rented at most rental places.
