Ever since I got off of birth control, things have been getting more and more unpredictable with my period. The "norm" is to start on or around the third, go for three days...then skip 2 or three days, and resume for 3 or 4 more days. The last period I had was earlier this month (sept). It lasted for three days and just never started again. Now here it is again, without any warning signs i usually get, late in the month! Could it be a miscarriage? A cyst?

my sister-in-law has been taking the depro shot for about a year. she just called me and told me that she is spotting, kind of dark sporring as well. she doesnt want to call her gyno if it is not necessary so she has me doing research since she doesnt have internet acces at her job. can anyone tell me is this is common???

I was 11, it was so embarrassing i was on holiday with my dad & eldest sister, my mum was back home with my baby sister.
We were staying with family & friends that we had not seen in so long, & we had all arranged a day to go out for dinner & everyone was looking forward to & guess what....... my period had to start & i had to tell my day.
The dinner was canceled obviously my dad had to tell everyone why & instead family, friends & cousins all went with me to the shopping centre to buy me new underware & towels.
How embarrassing.......

last month my period came to me early (i believe 21 days instead of 28) it had already come at the beginning then it came again at the very end and it was over before the first of the next month and it was shorter and relatively light than usual. this month i assumed it would be 21 days when it would come again but it didn't show so i said ok 28 days which would have been either 25th or 26th sometimes its a day off it didn't show until 9-28 at like 530am and when i checked at like 9am it was like it was brownish the way it looks towards the end and it seemed like it had completely stopped. I took a preganancy test 24 and 25 because i was sure it was supposed to come on the week before (i'm anal about these things) it said neg but if it wasn't due til 25 and the test was supposed to detect as early as the first day i missed (which means i technically hadn't by then) could it have been wrong? my periods are pretty regular so i'm kind of worried. i was taking nuvaring but stopped july 07

Hi. I had boob job 2 weeks ago and I just wonder if I can drink some alcoholic drinks. I tried to search on internet but I could not find any site about it. Can you please tell me? I just remember that before surgery my doctor asked me if I drink or smoke and he told me that they are bad. Well I am not smoking but I love wine and I am going crazy without it now.

My vagina has lightly bleeding for a few hours now, and it doesn't look much like period blood. It seems alot thicker and a little bit lighter in color.

I am 18 and have been using organic tampons (with applicators) since I was alot younger... It seems easy for everyone else... but whenever I try, I can only push the tampon in about an inch (not all the way like its supposed to be) and it feels like it hits the back, and sometimes the front of inside of me. It never goes up! I am not a virgin, and it isn't any easier. It just never goes up, and feels like it hits the vaginal wall. I try to follow the instructions that comes with them, but it never helps! So whenever I wear tampons, the end always somewhat sticks out of my vagina. I don't need lubrication, I just need help on the angle. I would try different angles when it goes in wrong, but I think that if I put it in wrong, take it out, put it in again, take it out, and put it in again, it will 'dry me out' ... Please help me?

I had a baby 1 year ago (actually, on Oct. 1st) by c/s. Since then, every month has been getting worse and worse. And now, in the past 2 months it's almost worsening day by day. Today, several times, it made walking almost unbearable. Can endometriosis recur that quickly? I was told at like 14 or something that I had endometriosis. I haven't had any trouble with it though for several years (over 7). Could it be endometriosis just coming on so quickly or something else? I HATE BEING SO SHORT! EVERYONE GREW TALLER BUT ME!! even my little sister is taller than me. i hate it i hate it i hate it. i hate being short. i feel so small and delicate and although some guys do perfer short girls, i still don't like it. well, i actually don't care about what guys think and i would like to b taller than most guys, which is a big turn off to them. anyways, i'm in the tenth grade. im 15 and a half. and i'm 5'1. is there a possiblity that i can still grow any taller? perfhaps another inch? two inches? and what age do girls usually stop growing? any past experience? thanks. how can i get over this? i know i need to grow up... About 3 months ago I had a lot of this brown discharge on my underwear...normally I only have the normal kind, the sort of yellow/white one, but I'm not sure if it's really my period. It happened on the first on June, but then skipped July, and then I got it again in August the 1st to the 4th, and this month also from the 1st to the 4th. Is this my period, and if so, is that my pattern? I'm expecting my next period on the first week of October.

Also, my flow is really, really light...which makes me wonder if this is my period. I just use one of those thin pads with no wings since the flow is really light, it's a little more than my usual discharge amount. Any answers?

My levels have been monitored weekly due to me having 2 previous miscarriages. At 8 weeks my level was 64,400 and then at 9 weeks it went down to 53,100. I was fearing the worst so my doctor sent me in for an ultrasound. I saw my little bub with a heartbeat (170bpm) and the size of 9 weeks and 2 days which was spot on. My doctor said that the levels can go down when you are in your 3rd month of pregnancy. I feel fine and have had no bleeding or cramping. I'm having another level done on Monday and seeing my doctor on Tuesday. I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone and you have gone on to have a healthy baby? Thanks in advance.
