I have my menstural cycle and it hurts a lot. I have a lot of bowel movements so my behind is very sore, are there ways to feel better and less moody, crabby and irritable? What are good healthy foods to eat during my cycle?

okay found out i was 4 weeks pregnant my hcg level was 138,i had pains in my lower left ovary area and i went to the ER and i was considered a threatened miscarriage but the doctor said it was normal for me to bleed and pains from uterus stretching,i was sent next day for hcg level again and it was 166,then two days later another gch count was 104,i started to bleed and have sharper pains that was coming like every minute,then 48 hours later my hcg level was 98 then three days later it was 95,then 1 week later it was 4, and i never not once was gave an ultrasound?so can i sue for malpractice because the ob/gyn said i was miscarring but i never got the proof?

Im 16 years old.And we dont really have any heart problems in my family.But i get this weird heart pain,well its not a pain it just feels weird.It like gets tight and then geos away, sometimes it reminds me of a panic attack i had one almost a year ago,and well this "pain" stopped.now,its like 7 months later it started again.It doesn't hurt just feels weird.My friends say that it might ne a heart murmur but i do not know what the hell it is.I told my mom about it since she was a nurse but she said that im too young to have any heart problems or w/e and that its all in my head.The more i think about it the more i get it.And its kind of true,when i dont think about it ,it goes away.But then it comes back again haha.And like when i stretch i barely feel it or dpont feel it at all when i sit like a granny all crunched up with my back not straight again i feel it.It tightens and like squeezes inside and its just uncomfortable :p What might it be?

I'm 13 years old and 80 pounds. I stand at 4'8, and I really, really hate it. I'm always teased about my height and it really sucks because height isn't something I can control, but people are always calling me midget, shorty, ect.

Is there any natural way to enhance my height? I'm in 8th grade, and next year I'm going to go to high school and I don't want to be teased even more there. I know diet and good exercise "helps" but there is there anything else?

I'm the shortest of all my friends...I'm not even 5'0 yet! I don't think I've hit my growth spurt yet, and I may never will...(how much do you grow in a spurt anyway?) Please, PLEASE help!

I will be a partial if it is recommneded. My periods are so heavy that I wear 2 tampons and an overnight! This has been going on about 3.5 years and I am so tired of it. My sister had one done due to fibroids as well. I was bleeding so bad one day that I started shaking. Sometimes I have a FLOOD and I always carry a change of clothes in my trunk. I will take any suggestions. I am also anemic.

I've been tired more often lately. I go to school and end up taking a nap everyday after returning home. I get these funny cravings sometimes and have been eating more than usual (normally I'm a healthy eater). Mostly it's been junk too. I get random headaches sometimes and I can't concentrate as well as I used to. My sleeping pattern's also been irregular. Does anyone know what could be causing all of it?

I had a horrible experience at the Gyn. office the time I went for my first pelvic exam. The experience was so horrible, that i have refused to go for this year's exam. My mother, friends and sisters are telling me that I need to go, especially since my fiance and I are thinking about getting pregnant soon after the wedding. I know I have to go b/c
1. I'm due for my annual pelvic exam and
2. I need to figure out what I have to work on to ensure a healthy pregnancy.
But I have no idea how to go about finding a doctor! I tried using the search tool on my insurance's webpage, but it was useless. And the Dr. that the women in my family go to is pretty old. I want to find a doctor that I can feel comfortable with and that I know will be there to deliver all the children that God gives me. Additionally, most of my girlfriends go to random doctors for their annual exams and none have children. What do I do??

im pretty sure i have a hormonal imbalance because i dont have a period every month. i sometimes go months without them and i also snap and get very grumpy with people alot. doesnt take much to piss me off and i have crazy mood swings and get depressed alot. what can i do to make things better?

the only time i have my period on time is if im on BC and i cant take birth control because my high blood pressure ect my doc says i shouldnt plus i dont really want 2. and im married and scared since i dont have my periods i cant have a baby ect.

I am 29 and never orgasmed. I have had several partners and a few flings and its never happened. I am 18 and my baby is due in december, i have insurance through my mom's work that covers 80% so my actual hospital bill will be about $2,000 plus more, but i cant pay it, i dont work and my boyfriend cant affoard it either, and my mom definetly cant. so living at home with me, my boyfriend and my mom, am i eligable in the state of kentucky for a plan that picks up the rest? kindof like a back pay thing i guess... i really need help and living with a parent i dont think passport will cover it. is there ANYTHING i can do, or am i going to be in debt with bills when im only 18, i dont have a job and i cant get one, who would hire a big pregnant girl? please help. :(
