how can you get it off clothes?

Of course they are. The human body is 70% water, so it would only stand to reason that the basic composition would water as well.

As for getting them off clothing, well a good laundering with laundry soap and water would do just fine.

vaginal secretions are 99% water, so yeah, I'd say they are water soluble. Now, blood, sometimes a vaginal secretion, is mostly protien, but if soaked in cold water, it too is water soluble. So wash in cold water.

Hot water in the wash...will remove and kill germs!

put clorox or clorox2 on it and it will come right out.
