When I masturbate, I usually only orgasm once and then I quit. It's like I feel spent after that. However, when I have sex, I usually have many orgasms (I don't count, but lots). It's different for me somehow.

stop a few seconds before the climax and then start up again. Shouldnt take more than three seconds
