she may feel you dont like her the way she is, i must say im a dd and i would love to have them reduced but unless she suggest otherwise dont say it. Maybe throw it into conversation see what happened but DONT tell her you dont like em what ever you do

No you should have your chest indented so that when you two embrace it's a better fit. Leave the poor girl alone, do you have any idea what she is capable of with a wooden Buddha?

Communicate with your wife, not us!
If SHE wants to she can. If she has back pain the reduction can be covered by insurance.
