I was 11, it was so embarrassing i was on holiday with my dad & eldest sister, my mum was back home with my baby sister.
We were staying with family & friends that we had not seen in so long, & we had all arranged a day to go out for dinner & everyone was looking forward to & guess what....... my period had to start & i had to tell my day.
The dinner was canceled obviously my dad had to tell everyone why & instead family, friends & cousins all went with me to the shopping centre to buy me new underware & towels.
How embarrassing.......

For me it wasnt that embarrassing - i was almost 15 and it started in the morning, i just told my mom and she gave me a pad plus it was her birthday and we had guests coming over in evening for dinner.

I was 13 fortunately it happened while I was at home and not at school some other public place. Never the less I was still embarrassed because my entire family was in the living room watching and the only way to get to the bathroom was past the living room. I was also to embarrassed to tell my mom so I told my older sister instead. She was really sweet and helped me distract the family so I could get to the b-room.

I was 12 and I was in school I was wearing a white skirt. when my history class let out I got up and went to my locker and everyone was laughing at me I looked around to see what it was
I could not see what it was. as I was going to my next class a
teacher (male) said I needed to go see the school nurse.
She told me about my mess on my back skirt gave me towels
and called my parents to get me more clothes.
I wanted to die!!!! everyone saw!!!!
but the most embarrassing moment was later in the year I had
a bad gas day and I tried to go before class (history again)
and I had a crush on this guy and we were sitting next to each other for a whole week passing notes!
On that day during class I asked my teacher if I could go to bathroom I knew it was a waste to ask she never did she said no! The gass kept building and one minute before the bell rang all was quiet and my pencil rolled off the desk!
and as you can guess I reached for it my butt was facing the guy and I blasted him he said EEEEEHEW NASTY my teacher said oh I am so sorry I should have let you go and all the class howled with laughter and the bell rang all at the same time. the next day as I passed everyone they all slammed their bodys against the locker to get away from me or start running away from me!! laughing all down the hall.
It took a long time before they forgot about it. As time passes other thing will take place of your accident and will be forgotten, hang in there!!!!

ohhh, I started my period when I was 13, no I don't have any embarrassing moments/experiences, bc I was stay home, and felt not good, and went to restroom and found myself had period, so I walked straight to my sister-in-law, and said "I started my period, I'm scared, I don't know what to do?" She smiled and said "you became a woman! you can get pregnant! I'm so proud of you!" then she hugged me then handed me a pad...there...problem solved....lol.

I was about 12; I kept running back and forth from the bathroom to change my shorts and I actually told my mom that I spilled ketchup on my pants.

I was 12 years, 10 months, at my friends 14th birthday lol....then i went to my aunts later that night and i got a little scared when I saw darker blood it kinda freaked me out.

I was 12 and just happened to be wearing a white pair of shorts to my best friend's (that was a guy)(gay) 13ht b-day party.

Wow, that must have been embarassing. I'm sorry you had to go through that. I was 14 when I started. I got pretty lucky because I got it when we were on one of our two week breaks from school.
