With a cancerous lump it will feel solid and hard to move around. There may also be a bit of puckering and swelling around the area where the lump is. With a cyst they are more flexible and easier to move around.

Because not having insuarnce check with the city health dept to see if they have a women's clinic and then ask them about services to help with such as other testing for this lump depending on what the doctor says.

I understand they feel like peas. Im a man but unfortunatly I have had some experience with this.

Get a check up now whatever it costs. If your are only 19 then they can get on top of it.

The positive news is the lumps are not usally behind the nipple.
These could just be a developental thing.

Do definately get it checked by your doctor. At your age, its most likely a cyst but still dont ignore it.
If it feels like a pea or a grain of rice and it moves about, there is less worry. Most cancers (but NOT all) are more solid on palpation and arent moveable.
Please do get it checked out.
