right leg hurting, need advice?

I am a 67 yr old female. Pain started behind my right knee yesterday. This morning it is going from my right hip down to my foot. It has a feeling of pressure plus alot of pain. Can anyone out there help me with some answers? It feels as tho my right leg is going to burst open......

PAD (Peripheral Arterial Disease) may produce such symptoms - see a doc.
