Water Pills?

Anyone know of any good water pills... a diuretic. I tend to gain a lot of water weight during my period. So if there is a good one let me know I would appreciate it..

For the over the counter ones Diurex can be pretty good but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they suggest.
