You still may grow an inch or two, but the real issue here is that you need to learn to like yourself for WHO you ARE, not some arbitrary number.
Your personal worth should NEVER EVER be determined by your height, your weight, your age, your bra size, or anything else that has a numerical designator....

Stretch and recreation. Be happy with the way you're. You might without problems the place heels if you're achieved developing. My mother is 5'1. She stopped growing in fifth grade. She wears heels and it works perfectly. If you happen to don't love sporting heels wear whatever that makes you appear taller. There are numerous choices. I am 12 so i'm justing telling you what i do know. I know this isn't so much aid but i'm hoping it's a little! Have a fantabulous day!

If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.
1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

Good luck

You are 15 so you have a good 5 years (even a bit more) before your body will definately stop growing. I grew heaps when I was about 12 then nothing till I was 18 and I am still quite short, 5'4"
In the mean time you can wear slight heels, have a good posture (it makes you look taller), eat nutrient rih foods (to make sure to reach your maximum height) and don't worry too much about it. When you are older (and don't have to go to school) you can wear high heels every day. I do, they are nicer than regular shoes anyway.

When did you start puberty? If you started puberty later than most girls then yes you might have some growing left. If you started puberty early or about the same time as everyone, you're done growing. I stopped growing at 13. I've been 5'4" since 13 and now I'm 21.
i was in your shoes once. because I'm asian I'm shorter than most of my friends. I got a colection of 3+ inch high heeled shoes. Wore them for a year. Got over about being short a year later

Its possible you will grow more. You probably shouldn't expect to shoot up 5 more inches, but a couple more is possible. I personally stopped growing when I was 14, but I've heard some girls don't stop growing until they're 16-20.

Well, coming from another short one. 5'2 and i'm 17. I haven't grown much... I remember reaching 5 in the the 7th grade. I think it depends if you've spurted yet or not. Also your genes....durr. But anyway, of course you could grow, I didn't. I probably wont, I've made my peace with it, I would look weird if I was tall anyway. Embrace it, be a wee little person with the huge personality!

You're only 15....Of course you could still grow.
You can grow up until you're in your mid twenties. Why are you complaining about being short? Most guys prefer a smaller woman to a larger one.
