i got my first period today. i cried for like a hour when i found out tho. Just waiting for my mom to get home she dosent get home till midnight i have a few questions to ask
1.what should i wear tampons or pads
2.what is your first period story
3.how should i tell me mom or should ijust tell my older sis

I had a vaginal delivery about 7 1/2 weeks ago, and i'm STILL bleeding! It never stopped, just continous bleeding since delivery. i went to my 6 week check up and they didn't seem to care AT ALL. they gave me an ultrasound and said everything was normal and the bleeding would just stop on it's own. i find that very hard to believe. i'm starting to get really tired all the time, i don't know if it's because of the bleeding or what. does anyone know of any conditions i could have? and what do i do?! i'm really scared!

I am 16 and i have my period 3 years already. I never take a shower when i have my period.the thought just makes me cringe.i keep myself clean the best way i can and wash my hair.if i take a shower, what could go wrong and what could i expect.? Thank you very much.

I just turned 14 Aug, 3 2007 and I haven't grown since december 2006. Im about almost 4''9 my dad is 6''3 and my mom is 5''3. I got my period when I was 10 years old so its been a little after 3 years. My mom said she got hers when she was 12 and she told me she still was growing through college which I dont believe. Sometimes I really think im done growing but my parents still try to convince me that I'm still growing but I think they just do that to make me feel better. I wish i could grow to be a least 4"10 or 4"11.

I'm 13, I've only had it once. I got it like last month i guess. I haven't gotten it back. I know the first year or so is irregular. But when I had it it was thick-ish, and at first it was blood red, but then it turned into a brown color. My friend said something about hers being brown the first time she got hers, but I forgot exactly what she said. Any help?

I had my first pap smear today along with a *checkup* ( im 15 by the way). I got it done this morning and my vagina burns realy bad ( i dont mean to sound perverted). Is this supposed to happen? I have never had sex our anything. Does it hurt becouse of the pap-smear?

It's been 7 days exactly which I started my monistat 3 treatment, and it says to use the external vuvlar cream for 7 days. I was wondering if it would be a problem or a hazard to use the vuvlar cream for another 1-3 days considering there still is a bit left in the tube. My yeast infection went away but i just want to make sure its a 110%.

Do you recommend using the external cream for another 1-3 days?

I've had my period for about 7 years now, and really it has never been regular. It's usually 22-27 days between each period [but has been less than 20 or 30 or more] and between 4 to 8 days in length. Whenever I expect my period it's a few days later than I assume it'll be. Is it normal to have it like this? I always get concerned like something medically could be wrong for some strange reason when I expect my period and it doesn't come until days later. It's just so frustrating not really knowing what day it'll be each month.

i have tried using tampons but i don't see the opening of my vagina. ive used a mirror to help, but i dont see any opening. i need to go swimming because i live in hawaii and i am on the swim team. what should i do? i know how to use tampons. i just can't get it in. not even my finger. just help please.

when me and my boyfriend have sex, when he pushes in as far as he can it hurts.. like really bad. he's about 6 1/2 inches. am i not deep enough in there or is something wrong? has anyone else ever experienced this? and is there anything really you can do about it other than just not going in that far?

ok i know that i should know by now but im sorry i dont. ok well my periods normally due on the 11th but LAST month it was late and came on the 19th. month before that it came on the 11th. so since my period was late last month does this mean that my period will come on the 19th as i have not had it yet?? am sorry for askin but i know that i should know by now. only serious answers please. hi,
iam a pretty active person.for the past one week iam feeling pretty tired and sleepy most of the time.my diet is good and i drink lots of water and fruit juices.since iam trying to conceive iam also taking prenatal vitamins (iam not pregnent since i had my periods last week).i recently for the past 3 weeks stopped consuming rice and started taking roti's(indian bread).could tat be a probz for my tiredness?what could be the reason?
