I want to dance but I have stretch marks from having kids and I am a litte self conscious about trying to do it. what do you think??? im 5'2 130 lbs. please dont tell me no way because i know other women bigger than me who can do it.

if dancing is so bad why are millions of mothers doing around the world. You are not giving away your soul, you are giving the people a show. I am not going to send my kids the wrong message. With the money I know I can make I can give them a better life than I've had. i love my kids and I wouldnt endanger them for anything in the world. Just because I'm a mother doesnt mean I am going to degrade myself. I understand people will have their opinions and thank you for your honesty.

sure you can, As a male who has frequented strip clubs, the best looking girls usually get the highest amount of tips, but for me, I enjoy getting a good bang for the buck---so to speak--what I mean is that if you are energetic, give a good show and act like you care about the tipper, you will make money. I always give the 'average girl' more money than I give the 'barbies' the barbies are always more interested in themselves than their customers.....I have also given a stripper money not to take her cloths off because she was so ugly....so you should be fine either way.

If stretch marks are a deal-breaker, then the guy is pretty shallow. Let's face it, if a woman thinks she is physically perfect, then you've probably got one of two possible scenarios going on. Both are can be pretty bad. 1) The woman thinks she is God's gift to men -- in which case no matter how attractive she is, any guy with a smidgen of self-respect won't be able to stand being around her, or 2) The woman really is so gorgeous that she literally intimidates many guys. IMHO, there is no reason for me to expect perfection when I am anything less than a perfect physical specimen. I would much rather spend time in the company of a woman with intelligence, integrity, a sense of humor, and stretch marks than spend time with some conceited airhead. And that's the truth of the matter.

If you are self conscious, you should be. No paying customer wants to see something that is a badge of either having been over weight or being a mommy. You should keep it covered up. I see far too much as it is that hurts my eyes when I am out in public with blubber overhang from under a short top and pube pants.

A friend of mine is a stripper too. She has had 2 kids and a C-section. Her stomach is covered in stretch marks, and she doesn't shave or wax her legs or under her arms. (its just part of her culture). So yes you can, and she is the same height as you, and before recently she weighted 30 pounds more than you. (she recently got into tip top shape) my point is, if my 'fat' friend can do it so can you. Men don't care, as long as you pay them all the attention, make them feel like a king, and you smell good, they don't care if your stomach has roles or if your butt had pimples, just flash them a smile, and you will get their money. Yes, the lighting in strip clubs makes practically everyone look perfect. Don't let a few stretch marks keep you from dancing.

Yeah, I think so....Strippers are human and aren't air-brushed photos.
I've seen a lot of dancers who I think are average looking..You don't have to perfect. I think they just want someone who's willing to do the job and is good at it, and won't scare the customers away.

Hey to each is own!! If you can put yourself in the audience and picture yourself dancing on the stage and see every inch of your body in all it's glory and your ok with it.. More power to you sister!!! remember they are not there to see anything else but T and A...

you probably can, but they might have you dance during the weekdays. not on the weekends at night. when the most buisness is. a job like that is based on looks, and looks alone. if you have flaws, then you dont get the best times.

Depends on what the rest of you looks like. Believe it or not if you are good looking enough guys won't even notice the stretch marks.

I would guess so unless the owners of the place want to be harsh.But I just realised you have children if they are young and I know you didn't ask this but I wouldn't go ahead with it,but it's up to you.
