I am almost 43 and I am "PMS"ey ALL THE TIME it seems. I feel like each day I wake up I am just waiting to die. I am married to an abusive man, I have grown and small children...7 total, and I feel I have no other purpose except to serve these people. I do not enjoy life at all except through the happinesses of my kids. But it is not the same. Dont say it is the abusive only. Its been that way a long time but only in the last year or do I become irate in 2 seconds and absolutely NO PATIENCE! and I also realize depression is a possibilty. But my question is, is pre-menopause a factor as well and is there ANYTHING i can take or do to balance myself?

i am using the injection as a form of contraception, so me and my partner don't use condoms. I have been having abormal bleeding, one day here one day there, sometimes very light, sometimes very heavy. i also find my stomach has been very boated and tender, and have been having a strange pain in the inside of my right leg, near where my ovary is. Any ideas what this might be? should i see a doc?

I'm really scared. All I know is that it might be a form of HPV and it might be a precursor to cervical cancer. Anyone know anything? Ever had it? How does it affect fertility? I'm only 24...I'm too young to have cancer, and I really want to have babies. Does my fiancee need to have anything done? Should I have my pap redone before I have colposcopy (or whatever it's called) done? Will the colposcopy/biopsy affect my fertility? Does it hurt? Any serious answers would be greatly appreciated. I'm really scared, and I don't know what to do.

I kind of have irregular cycles.. usually 27-30 days long. Would the 2 days AFTER my period be the "safest" without a condom? I know that none are actually safe but just by comparison. Thanks!

So, i am going to the obgyn this afternoon. Not that i care, but am curious to ask, but my boyfriend and i have had sex 3 times in the last 24 hours. I was just wondering if she will be able to tell? I typically dont have sex like this right before my yearly exam. If she says something i might start laughing about it!

( also, do any of you ladies feel your sex drive is X 100 after your period? Im full throttle right now and its CRAZY. boyfriend has no complaints though! )

okay...well a person before asked if i had an eating disorder because i have not had my period in four months...i dont know if i would call what i have an eating disorder...i eat about five times a week...and i only eat that much because i dont feel hungry....and in the past 2 weeks i have lost 10lbs because of it...i dont know if my period is being affected by it..i am only 15 and i am scared tht i might not get it again

I went without a period for 1 1/2 years being only 20 this was not normal for me. My periods have always been irregular and ranged from 1-4 months or so but this was by far NOT NORMAL..So i went to my doctors she tested my prolactin levels, thyroid( found that i had a slight hyperthyroid but not enough for treatment) liver/ kidney function, LH and FSH levels ect and everything was in the normal range if not in perfect working conditions, so she tried progesterone challenge on me 10mg for 7 days to see if it would induce my period and it did, so then she suggested i use a natural progesterone cream for 10 days starting from day 14 of my cycle well I had too regular periods since using the cream, but I am now 1 week late on my period and experiencing slight tender breasts, light cramping here and their, had some very light light brown spotting for about 2 days when my period should have came but that us about it..
have you ever went without, gotten pregnant when you started up again??

I'm just wondering if you should be able to feel any of your organs. I have a hard lumpish thing next to my left hip that I don't have on the other side. Sometimes it's easier to feel than others, but I'm just trying to figure out if it's just some organ or something else? I'm pretty thin, so I thought maybe I'm just feeling an organ? Maybe an ovary? Their for a while I had severe menstrual problems, I didn't have a period for 1 1/2 years being only 20 years old. I had everything checked out bunches of blood tests and all the perfect " so my doctor said." She gave me a progesterone challenge 10mg for 7 days to see if it would induce a period and it worked, well she suggested i start taking a natural progesterone cream for 10 days starting the 15th day of my cycle, well day 3 of taking the cream i started my period again, that cycle was 27 days long..Well i thought i found a solution but i was suppose to start my period a week ago and it never came. My husband and i have had unprotected sex quite a bit throughout that cycle but i don't really suspect pregnancy because i do not have any symptoms at all, breast are a tiny bit tender but that it is, usually i don't even get soar bb's befor my period..Anybody ever experienced this and found the problem???What do you think it could be, just your opinion..thanks so much guys!

I have a friend that is experiencing this for the second time. If you want to let me know what can I say to her. She's having a hard time sleeping. I think Oprah could have done much more than what she is doing, I thinkshe should really do something now what she can do. There are millions of NGO's working around the world and i think she could have done much better than them. She is caught between life and glamour. I think she has lost her charm.
