What is this?

Sometimes when i masterbate and stick my fingers really deep in me i feel something kinda hanging down. is all the way up in me. what is this? is it the uterus?

That is your cervix, the bottom part of your uterus.

Its the bottom of the cervix (also called the neck of the womb). It does hang down, that is normal.
