If you had them vaginally, you should wait 2 weeks to heal. Were your biopsy's of the vaginal wall or cervix or both? Either or both, not a good idea to have sex for a couple of weeks at least. That is what my OBGYN always tells me when I have them, I have had many.... Actually, mine said longer than that. Call the office and find out. No, you should not be having sex tonight.
When they do a biopsy, they rip the tissue out and you have an open sore. If you have intercourse, you will rub it and possibly make it infected and cause it become worse. You should wait. Nothing in the vagina for 2 weeks is what they usually say. He probably forgot to tell you. You could call and ask them to clarify. The nurse could tell you if you don't believe me.

You need to call the docs office and have his nurse call you back with that info. I cannot imagine wanting to have intercourse after just going through those proceedures because something is wrong. I was worried sick after I had mine done and couldn't even begin to think of sex.

I had a colcoscopy and didn't want to have sex because I felt like my body had to heal, but if you feel fine there is nothing stopping you because you ob should have closed any open wound.

It is advised not to have sexual intercourse for at least a week after the proceedure or til your doctor tells you its safe.

I don't recommend having sex within at least 2 days because you have open wounds in your body that are very succeptable to infection. Any unwanted bacteria could end up causing pain.

I think you probably could have had sex during the colcoscopy, as long as the doctor didn't mind.

You should probably call and ask your doctor but I can tell you with my experience you will be sore. Your colon has been probed and this makes your insides sore. As long as you aren't having anal sex if you want to try it, go for it ,but I recommend you just wait until tomorrow.

You absolutely should not unless you want to bleed all over the place and be in pain. They just cut a chunk out of your cervix and that will cause it to bleed sporadically for at least a week. You will also notice the scab shedding for a week at the very least. They didn't tell me either when I had this done and it scared the heck out of me. Avoid sex for at least a week. Sorry.

Sex shouldn't hurt your colon, so I would say it is safe. Unless you are talking about anal sex, then I would give that a miss for a while.
