I guess different people will have different answers. Personally, I think that being a virgin is about what you consider yourself to be. I think that you can only "give" your virginity away. Someone can't take it from you. They can hurt you physically and emotionally, but that's not the same thing. Molestation and rape is such a different experience from having consensual sex with someone you love--I think that you're a virgin until you have that loving experience. Sure, some people will say that technically you're not a virgin because your hymen is broken, but I don't think that's the truest definition of virginity. After all, men can be virgins, and they don't even have hymens!
I'm so sorry that someone did that to you, and I hope that you'll heal from the pain and have a loving intimate relationship (when you're ready) with someone who deserves your gift of virginity. *hug*

It means you where molested did you report it and get help? Virginity is when it has not been touched, however it could also be an experience not yet shared so if it is the experience of love making not sex then you are still a virgin.

writing about it here (IF) it happened,, there is NO way anyone can tell HOW you lost your hymen (If it was ever there to begin with).
My opinion:::
Your a VIRGIN 24 hours after penetration unless you get pregnant or you and your BF blab you mouths.
As for being under age (18) it is illegal;; some states have a consent age at 14 but have restrictions on IT.
