If you see a dermatologist, there are some options, but none of them spectacular. Stretch marks are one of the hardest things in the world to get rid of, especially once they are white. They often recommend Retin-A; sometimes that helps a little. There are other creams that may help fade it somewhat and it's possible a little dermabraision could help. But that's pretty much it.

There is a cream sold in drugstores that's supposed to fade scars and stretch marks. I've never had to use it so I can't vouch for its effectiveness.

You cant get rid of them. You can lighten the color if they are purple. There are products at your local stores that you can look into.
