I have low self-esteem with regards to my body. It doesn't help the fact that I can't get a date (guys barely talk to me) and my dad make fun of me by calling me fugly and stumpy.

I'm on the ice 6 times a week, I go to the gym often i eat 1000-1100 calories a day and work off about 700 calories a day.

But I don't wanna risk doing something stupid.....how can I bring my esteem up?

I am 21 and I have already had a Pap smear two years ago. I am still a virgin. I just want to get on birth control help regulate my periods. Is it a law or something to have to have yourself checked yearly before you can get birth control. I just don't want some stranger down in that particular area again, until I at least need them....like to check things out after I am sexual active.

I am just a shy away from being 40 ys. old. and I have decided to get breast implants. I have two grown children and I am not having any more children. I am a 32 A and I am having a hard time deciding what size of breast I want. I am 5'6, I weigh 120lbs. I have been flat chested all my life, but I would like to get some that is not noticable to everyone I work with, all my friends and family. But I had a girlfriend that has said go for it all. does the numbing medication they give for an abortion help alot? Wat part hurts the most during an abortion without no numbing meds and/or sedation? is it when they have to dilate your cervix? JUST curious cuz my sister had one done and they gave her nothin at all just a tylenol 600 which is kinda odd.

i've been having sex with my boyfriend for a few times already but it only happens occasionally. we are using condoms (durex) though but i am considering of using a pill to protect me from getting pregnant. however, i feel scared about the fact of getting acne and gaining weight. i am currently a size 10 uk. does anyone here knows anything about the good and bad effects of using a pill? will it interrupt on my monthly period? i know some detailed facts about it. thanks!

my gp prescribed me microgyon 30. but you can't use it if you have or had kidney disease. i used to have UTI 6 years ago.am i allowed to take this? will i gain weight on this one and get acne too? please help!

I have been having problems with bladder control for quite some time. It started to go downhill after my second c-section. (Occasionally my bladder would leak a little even though I hadn't felt the need to "go".) After my third c-section, it has gone downhill quite a bit. Instead of just being the occasional problem, I have leaking every day. (Small amounts that I didn't feel coming until it's too late- enough for me to need to wear a pad every day and need to shower at least twice.) I have been to the family doctor twice about it in the past year. Both times I was given an antibiotic after a quick urinalysis that they say looks "iffy/ could be a UTI" and sent on my merry way! It didn't help either time. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you get it fixed, if there is a fix? I am going for my annual/pap at the end of the month, will my gyne be able to help or should I just refer myself to a urologist? Thank you for your answers!

I am nearly 39, but for the last 6 months, my cycle has changed and I've had periods coming on different dates rather than being like clock-work as I was before. At about the same time, I did experience anxiety.

Since I may not be a candidate for the pill, what else can help me regulate the hormones? I know that something is changing since I don't feel like myself sometimes.

im on zoloft right now for anxiety and have been since late july. im taking 75mg....when i first started taking it, i had withdrawal symptoms for a day or two, then i got used to it. I usually have the symptoms (dizzyiness and nausea) the day after i accidentally skip a dose. Two days ago i forgot to take it and yesterday i started to feel bad around 4 o clock so i took my medicine (i take my zoloft at night) now today at 2pm im starting to feel dizzy ...the withdrawal symptoms are coming earlier and earlier everytime i forget a dose and it messes up my whole schedule for when i take it...what is the problem??? do i need to take it earlier in the day or increase the dose or decrease it?

im on levoxyl for hypothyroid

and no stupid answers like "well next time dont forget ur medicine"
i know that i shouldnt but that doesnt help me
