Your bladder has probably fallen. It's not uncommon for women who have had a child. Need to check with your doctor. If your bladder has dropped it could have caused your womb to tilt which will make it hard to concieve and also wet yourself when you sneeze or cough.

Im 26 and i have 2 kids, 6 and 3. I do that sometime when i sneeze or cough, especially snezze when you dont expect it. It happens sometimes and other times it doesnt. Im starting to notice it is happening more and more at night time. Yes its embarrassing but I have been ignoring it.I guess I just consider it part of being a mom. There is also something called Stress incontinence — leakage happens with coughing, sneezing, exercising, laughing, lifting heavy things, and other movements that put pressure on the bladder. It is the most common type of incontinence. It can be treated and sometimes cured.
The best answer is how to do Kegel exercises:
It may be easier to begin practicing these exercises while lying down.
Squeeze the muscles in your genital area as if you were trying to stop the flow of urine or trying to stop from passing gas. Try not to squeeze the muscles in your belly or legs at the same time.
Relax. Squeeze the muscles again and hold for 3 seconds. Then relax for 3 seconds. Do this 8 more times. Work up to 5 sets of 10.
When your muscles get stronger, do your exercises sitting or standing. You can do these exercises any time, while sitting at your desk, in the car, waiting in line, doing the dishes, etc.
Be patient. It may take 3 to 6 weeks before you see results.

It sounds like you have urinary incontinence?
Urinary incontinence is loss of bladder control. When the bladder is functioning normally, it does not empty without your awareness and control.
Urinary incontinence becomes more common as people get older. It is a problem for as many as 1 in 3 Americans age 60 or older. The condition is at least twice as common among women as men.
How does it occur?
There are several different types of incontinence: stress, urge, overflow, and functional.
The most common kind of urinary incontinence in women is stress incontinence. It causes urine to leak during lifting, exercise, coughing, sneezing, or laughing. Stress incontinence is caused by relaxed pelvic muscles that may have been stretched or torn during child-bearing. Incontinence may be caused or made worse by problems such as:
constipation, infection, a stone in the bladder, use of diuretics ("water pills") thinning of tissue due to decreased estrogen after menopause, which may weaken urethral muscle. you have the symptoms. ways to help may be to do kegel exercises. It's like when your trying to get into some tight jeans and you squeeze and pull up. You can do them anywhere really once you figure out what muscles to use. There is also medicine. But I am not a doctor and you should get looked at.

It sounds like you have something called stress incontinence - its pretty common, and is the most common cause of "wetting yourself" in young women. There are a few different factors that lead to it, and it can be treated. As mentioned above, you should go see your doctor - who might refer you on to a urologist to get this fixed. Either way, you don't need to live constantly worried about leakage - so go get it checked out.

You are quite young to suffer from this, but after having even one child, muscles in the pelvic region can weaken causing this to happen. You can try doing Kegel exercises to strengthen the muscles in this area.
As for not being able to conceive and irregular periods, it could all be related but it might not be. You probably ought to schedule an appointment with your OB to look into some possible reasons why all of this is happening. It could be an endometrial issue, fibroids, scarring, etc. The only one who can diagnose you properly is your gyno.
Good luck

Stress could be a reason, especially if you're trying to conceive. Are you taking any fertility drugs?
A great way to build up the control of the bladder is to do Kegel exercises.
