Women's Health - January 2007

It's white and sometimes very thick. Sometimes it's in my panties and sometimes it's in my vagina. There is NO itching and NO foul smell. So, I know it's NOT a yeast infection or BV or any kind of STD/STI. What's the problem???

Day be4 yesterday I started feeling bad, my lower back started hurting, kinda like cramp pains u get when u are on ur monthly. It let up though and yesterday I started getting the pain again along wit pain in my left side and now my right side... It feels like cramps like I'm going 2 start my period, but could that be? I jus finished my monthly on the 18th! If its not that, what could be coming on?

For about 2 days I noticed a swollen gland under my chin. My throat before that started to itch a little, then I got a bump on the left side of my throat. It hurts when I swallow, too. my head on the left side hurts a lot when i brush my hair or pull my hair by accident. Also..around my ear has this burning feeling and my ear is really sensative when i touch it. I don't know what this is..help???

I am an 18 year old college student. My periods used to be very regular (every 28 days). These would last about 4 days and not be very heavy. About 3 months ago, I began getting my period every 3 weeks. They are lasting longer thanbefore and are heavyier with minor cramping. I dont want to go to the doctor if there is no problem and there is just a normal change in my cycle. So I just want to get some ideas of what could possibly be wrong. thanks :)

I'm on the pills, Yasmin to be exact. At the end of last month's pack I went straight into another one because I wanted to delay my period. I dont get to take them at the same time every day not even close. Sometimes a couple of hours apart. I took the last one seven days ago and I should be starting a new pack tommorow. However, I haven't seen my period yet, just spotting here and there and a brownish discharge. What could be wrong?

I am about 35 years old and have had two children. I believe that I am done, having children. Other types of birth control has given me side effects that I can't easily ignore, like when I was younger.
I am not sure what I am in for by having my tubes snipped. Is there any side effects-emotionally, physically, menstral cycle, loss of sex drive, or mood swings? I really don't have anyone who has had this done to get advice from. The doctors will tell you one thing, but I would like to knwo from some others. Thanks for the input.

i'm 5 days late with my period..... me and my husband practice the pull out method, how is it possible i could get pregnant??? my breast are not tender they just seem fuller maybe i'm gaining weight...... and i have nooooo pregnancy symptoms.... the only thing i had like a month ago was alot of fatigue, maybe i was stressed..... in your opinions do you think pregnancy is ruled out in my case?

Yea, my eye spasms. It is the strangest thing. It went on through my entire pregnancy and I thought it was a pregnancy thing. Now, almost two years later my eye is at it again. It twitches and makes whatever I am looking at shake so that I can't see well enough to focus on anything. It only happens when I try to focus on something. I have no idea why this happens. It makes me wanna grab my eyeball and hold it steady so I can look at something! The doctor said he had no idea what was going on, but multpile sclerosis can sometimes start by affecting the muscle in the eye. I highly doubt it's that. I'm a healthy 24 year old female! Anyone else ever have their eyes twitch? Is this a normal thing???
