My fiance and I were just starting to work out and we got pregnant. She had me design her werkout because I know more about it but this new developement throws me. Any good workout advice?

I have heard that prenatal yoga is very helpful when women are pregnant. I have taken some yoga classes and loved them - your fiance might too because it is very relaxing, yet strengthens the muscles and improves balance. I am sure it doesn't burn as many calories as a cardio workout but it may help. I noticed that my muscles became more toned after my classes. I have seen prenatal yoga videos at places like Barnes & Noble.
