Yea, my eye spasms. It is the strangest thing. It went on through my entire pregnancy and I thought it was a pregnancy thing. Now, almost two years later my eye is at it again. It twitches and makes whatever I am looking at shake so that I can't see well enough to focus on anything. It only happens when I try to focus on something. I have no idea why this happens. It makes me wanna grab my eyeball and hold it steady so I can look at something! The doctor said he had no idea what was going on, but multpile sclerosis can sometimes start by affecting the muscle in the eye. I highly doubt it's that. I'm a healthy 24 year old female! Anyone else ever have their eyes twitch? Is this a normal thing???

Totally normal. It's usually caused by eye strain. It's really annoying to you, but no one else can see it. You may need to have your eyes tested to make sure you don't need corrective lenses (if the eye strain is bad). Monitor when it occurs and what you're doing when it happens. Sometimes it's a result of being on a computer too long, working under fluorescent lighting (found in most schools and office buildings), or your blood pressure (which raises if you've been exercising). Don't panic. It's nothing serious. Most people have it.

My eye does that when I'm tired or stressed, but it doesn't happen very often. Maybe you should see another doctor?

I have that happen on rare occasions. If it happens regularly, you should see a different doctor.

And FYI...MS can strike anyone at any time. Just like Parkinson's disease or cancer.......
