It's white and sometimes very thick. Sometimes it's in my panties and sometimes it's in my vagina. There is NO itching and NO foul smell. So, I know it's NOT a yeast infection or BV or any kind of STD/STI. What's the problem???

Yeast Infection. I agree with number 1. Not all itch and smell. Sometimes women dont even know they have it. Just go to the store and get some Monistate. You will be fine.

A little discharge is normal in women. Think of it as your vagina's saliva, it's an acidic discharge that keeps the balance in your vagina healthy. If it is greenish or smelly at all, that's when you should be concerned. Otherwise, do your luandry and try not to worry about it. Also, some women have more discharge then others depending on diet, exercise, and sexual frequency.

Instead of asking a bunch of strangers who may or may not know the right thing to tell you and only answer to get a couple points why don't you pick up the phone and set an appointment with a professional who is bound by the law to run the tests and tell you the truth about what you have going on down there and what you need to do to fix it!

If it is thick and looks like cottage cheese (I know, sounds gross) then you need to see your doctor. But most women have a discharge of some sort. If you are concerned about it, make an appointment with your doctor along with getting a pap smear too. This should be done every year , regardless.

Not all yeast infections itch or smell. The best thing to do is to have your Dr. check you. Some discharge is normal so if the quantity is small it might be ok....get checked.

In the middle of your cycle when women ovulate there is a heavier discharge which occurs to accommodate the fertilization of eggs. It is very normal and a good thing and won't affect anything except maybe to alert you what your body is doing.
