I am going on a trip and looks like I will get my period during the trip. I know I could get on the pill but I am in my 40s now and I don't want to go on the pill again. The trip is next month. Can I do anything to delay my period for one month without side affects?

I started taking the birth control pill about a week and a half ago. Yesterday I started cramping really bad and spotting alittle. Last night I was cramping even more but no bleeding. My breast are also tender and icky, I have really bad headaches. Got up to day and now I'm cramping and bleeding even more but not at all like a period. Could you please tell me what you think is going on.

I lift weights 30minutes-1hour a day and I have seen no results. I haven't even lost any body fat percentage according to my scale. What am I doing wrong?

Example of what I eat a day---

Breakfast: Yoplait yogert(Light,fat free),Cereal(wheaties), water,carrots(if still hungry.)

Snack: Water, 1 breakfast oatmeail raisen cookie(quacker, and it has the green little check mark thing saying it's healthy), grapes and carrots

Lunch: 1 egg white sandwhich(wheat bread, Healthy life), water,milk,carrots

Snack: Grapes,Carrots,water, 1Healthy living icecream bar

Dinner: 1 small manwhich(same bread, smaller then a size of the palm of a hand),milk,water,carrots, yogert(if still hungry and same as above)

snack:cereal(wheaties), water, yogert or grapes.

i,15 years male want to know seriously .. i shave my pnis once in a week is it safe or not? Do women prefer shaved pnis or hairy? Can u get pregnant if you have sex with a condom and then after sex you put the condom inside your vagina...?? the reason i ask is a stupid friend of mine had sex with her boyfriend she wants to get pregnant but her boyfriend doesnt want to so after they had had sex she put the used condom inside herself could she actually get pregnant this way???

I often hear men passing comment and saying that they don't like breast implants.
What I would like to know is how many of you actually know women who have them not to like them? Or is it a preconception to the idea of a woman having an implant in her breasts? Or are you concerned for the general health of us ladies that there may be post op complications?

My wife started bleeding heavily almost a month ago (around her regular cycle). The blood was dark and associated with a tissue like discharge that look almost like liver. She hasn't had any cramping and the bleeding settled down so she isn't overly concerned but I am. Today she is still bleeding lightly but it is a brighter red. Any help would be appreciated.

My finace and I have been bouncing from doctor to doctor...we need help! About 2 years ago she was diagnosed with endometriosis. Before she was diagnosed she and I both enjoyed having sex...but now it seems that it is to painful for her. She can not tollerate the pain...and it seems that she no longer gets any physical pleasure out of it. We are at the point where we are both ready to give up hope...
