.now she has got her period and she started off light but got real real heavy on the second/third day and thats not normal for her.. can she be pregnate or did she have a miscarriage

Possibly miscarriage. She needs to be seen by DR if she is saturating a pad every hour or more frequently. Immediately.

having frequent sex can change ones periods. don't freak out. she's gotten her period - she obviously isn't pregnant.
but now is maybe the time to start thinking about protection. condoms. birth control pills. maybe both???

you could be a father -
you can still 'donate' sperm without ejaculating - it's in the fluid that comes out during sex - that is very clear - but could be loaded
