Why would you want to mutilate your penis? Give the foreskin some time - you are only 15, and mostly it starts to retract fully at age 16-19.
You will cheat yourself and your future wife out of a ton of pleasure if you chop it off now instead of waiting until it retracts naturally!
Shaving is gross! The hair helps air circulate around the area and evaporate sweat. If you shave, you'll stink!

Young man, if your erected length is 9 inches, you are blessed, and there will be a fair amount of jealous guys around. Ignore what they may say. Your size is just fine, cease the worry. So far as extra length, why bother? The market is full of remedies, but few are of little aid. As for circumcision. Yews, it will hurt, the only side affect is better health, less possibility of some diseases. You will have to be on a drug to prevent erection for awhile. Think about it, the operation is done, you are not yet healed, and you have an erection. Yeah, it'll hurt. I advise the circumcision for all of the benefits of it. Getting there though, now, is going to be at least uncomfortable. It is, however, in your best interest. Lay off the coconut oil. If you must, just plain cooking oil will do fine.

Girls are all different, and frankly, I think there are an equal amount of girls who either like and don't like hair on a guy, especially on his privates. I myself don't mind it either way. It's safe to shave off your pubic hair, but becareful....growing it back can be a pain, because it gets itchy. If you want to keep it off longer, then wax it. Umm for one thing, shaved is a bad look, Us women don't want to be thinking we're sleeping with a 9 yr old boy! Hair is there for a reason, to show you've matured!
Masterbation is very good for you, men NEED to release sperm, think about it, you constantly make it, where is it all going to go ?
Penis size to me, does matter, there is such thing as being too big and too small... Usually women like 5-7inches.

are you American? mostly american women prefer hairless. you can masturbate twice a day and it would still be healthy. size is above avg. masturbation won't help with size. i dunno how to make it extra fair. the foreskin thing could be a prob... see your doctor. circumcisions are more appealing to american women. heal time would prob be a couple of weeks.
