Before I had first hand experience with them I was generally against them. I believed all the rumours about them not feeling real. However, now that I have actually had opportunities to see them up close and touch them, I think they are great. They feel very natural, and they look fantastic.
Also, men have unrealistic expectations, and are often hypocritical with regard to implants. They will say they only want a woman to have natural breasts, but when given the choice to view a woman with natural yet sagging breasts or Pamela Anderson, what will they look at?

I had sex with a girl with breast implants and it was ok, but then she was a prostitute in Amsterdam so I guess she 'needed' them. I was concerned over squeezing them too hard though.
A friend of mine has impants and she always makes some comment about them; ie things that indicate she's not completely comfortable with them - I don't know whether women obsess about their breasts normally and would do so with/without the implants. I don't remember her mentioning her breasts before at all though.
I guess if the breasts have really taken a beating from childbearing or something then some cosmetic surgery could assist a great deal with confidence.
Sometimes I think about what some penis surgery would do for me, but then the fear of something going wrong puts me off and right now there isn't anything wrong with me so I would be courting disaster at this point.
I am currently looking into some hair replacement surgery but then again, I am not receding that much and probably the fear of something going wrong will put me off.
So, given that I am scared off by the risk of problems, I would have to ask what stage the woman had reached in order for these risks to be less important for her than surgery (which is a more serious issue than the glossy brochures suggest).
End of the day, if you think you want implants, go for it - you'll find someone who will love you. Problem is it may be for the wrong reasons and you may start to attract alot of attention you'd really prefer not to. I used to be very muscular in my 20's but I realised that all the women approaching me were there for the thrill and not for the real thing - it disappointed me so much that I toned down and am now just normally fit looking and in a happy relationship.

First of all most guys including myself like natural breasts. I personally don't care about size , I just like the way they look and feel.
I like breasts,l what can I say ?
I have only felt artificial breasts on one occasion and it felt and looked well.. artificial. It was not exactly the turn -on that it was purported to be.
Secondly there is the surgical aspect ; It has often been said that minor surgery is something that happens to somebody else .
Regardless of the procedure being done all surgery carries a certain amount of risk and as such should only be done when medically necessary . I for one don't think that breast implants are necessary [except of course as part of a reconstruction procedure following cancer surgery or other physicaly disfiguring events]
Lastly I think that it's time for women to get off their collectiive butts and start rebelling against the lunatic idea that says that they are all basically ugly and that beauty can only be acquired by surgical means, the liberal application of cosmetics and un-natural weight loss.

I don't like breast implants like most men here. But must confess it is ideological rather then experience reasons. Human have many shapes all which are natural unlike the one type of body is right that entertain presents.
I had a girl friend who was dead set on getting implants and disagreements on it lead to our falling out. She believed it would make her feel more womanly. Now that she does have them she still doesn't feel the way she believed she would even if she would never articulate it that way.

ALL men but a few hate implants 'cause of their artificial nature so I'll recommend the use of natural enhancements that have been tested by many women and proven to work better than those silicon extra-loads.
Cheers.

I happen to prefer women with smaller size breasts - b or c cup. So for me the idea of a woman getting a boob job is a turn off.
If a woman wanted to get a boob job because she was very small and felt a modest increase in size would give her more confidence and generally improve her body image, I wouldn't really have a problem with it. But if a woman wants a boob job just so she can be bigger for a guy or to make other women jealous (does this happen?) I would be totally against it.
In the bigger sense, I think surgery is a big enough risk as it is. While various cosmetic surgeries may not present any significant risk beyond the normal risks for a procedure, I don't think cosmetic surgery should be used just because you aren't quite happy with what you have.

I'm not a fan - often they don't look or feel right or natural. I would question why the woman feels that they need them.
Everyone should be happy with the way that they were made, besides past a certain age the reason for the implant will have gone and you would have to live the rest of your life with them or get them removed.

I am an American and a total "breast man"!
A woman can be sexy whether 32" or 38" B cup or DD. It's really how you carry yourself that is sexy.
Boobs are like a penis, it's not the size, it's what you do with them.
I'd say don't worry about it. Stay fit, smile and have fun, your breasts will take care of themselves!
