I started taking the birth control pill about a week and a half ago. Yesterday I started cramping really bad and spotting alittle. Last night I was cramping even more but no bleeding. My breast are also tender and icky, I have really bad headaches. Got up to day and now I'm cramping and bleeding even more but not at all like a period. Could you please tell me what you think is going on.

it might be your body is adjusting to the pill. you might have too much or not enough of the stuff in it (no idea what).

I don't think your having a miscarriage because you wouldn't be on the pill if you were pregnant. You may be have an adverse effect to your birth control pills. Give your doctor a call.
