It's a good thing you are eating healthy now. Your period will get back, don't worry. Meanwhile try eating red meat every day - as steak (you know, the kind of steak you prepare outdoors - barbecue if you will, just that you cut out all the fat and you don't add anything else on the steak). It has very few calories this way and will help your body get all the proteins it needs. Oh, and no dressing - no fries, no ketchup, no mayo, nothing on the stake. Just the meat. You'll get to like and you'll also keep fit.
And... speaking of keeping fit - take up a sport that involves a lot of moving, like riding a bike, rollerskating - you move, but not tire yourself too much (A tougher sport will eat up all your vitamins and you'll have to eat more and see a nutritionist for details).

Any harmonic imbalance can create a problem. But don't be tense, otherwise the problem will worsen further.
First thing you should do is exercise. Our body is autonomous and it will regain its' normalsy. Wait till you shine without suppliments.
Evenafter your health improvement if period is absent consult your gynac.

You need a certain percentage of body fat to menstruate. Just Nature's way of ensuring that you'd be able to feed the life growing within you.

you're nonetheless youthful and your body continues to be regulating its hormones. it truly is common as we communicate to have your sessions be abnormal. fantastically because you're below a lot rigidity, that may be a significant ingredient in delaying your era. you're a virgin so it truly is truly no longer being pregnant! basically attempt to de-rigidity as oftentimes as achieveable, devour real too. it truly is going to come, supply it time :)

Yeah, you're lucky. Why do you want it back? Don't you remember how annoying it was?
