Sweetie,i discourage you away from diet pills.More than likely, you are going to be wasting your money.Diet pills require more than just taking a pill, that you could do even without the pills. You have to have a good work out plan, and include lots of cardio. You will have to come up with one that works for you.You could even go to a gym, jazzercize or other cardio that a gym near you offers.Take the money you were going to spend on diet pills and invest it in the gym membership.Another thing, with everyone so busy in todays lifestyles with work and other things familys dont always get to eat the best.My advice is,stock up on grocerys once a week.Dont go to the store numerous times, there is no sense in it.Go once, and make sure you make a list.Stick to that list, even if its only a mental note.Dont go to the store hungry, odds are you will get something that is easy, when it isnt necessarily good for you and is loaded with stuff that isnt good for your body.Make sure you go on a full stomach, and purchase was is needed. When cooking your dishes make sure you make a little extra, and pop it in the freezer or fridge as that can be a meal when you dont have alot of time by just simply popping that into the microwave and you got a meal, and its a healthy one that you made!Make sure you dont deprive yourself of things you love, such as sweets or chocolates.More than likely if you do so you will end up cheating on your diet.Use the sweets as a reward tool.If you lose so much over a certain period of time, such as weekly,or if you do well over that much time, treat yourself to one of your favorite desserts.Make sure you use it in moderations, because nothing is too bad in moderation. It isnt hard to cut back and eat healthy, and you will feel better once you do.I dread calling it a diet, because when one says diet everyone freaks out,and pictures salads ,which salads are good, but you dont have to take the flavor out of dishes for it to be healthy.Good luck hun,and have a good day.

None of them work. They may temporarily help you lose weight but when you are off of them, or your body builds up tolerance to them, then you gain it back.

Losing weight is not losing weight if you gain it back.

That’s what diet pills do, why do you think there is a new popular one every few months.
Now if you wonder if there are any good supplements and my answer is yes.
There are some supplements that you can take that can enhance a very healthy diet and fitness program and help you to stay committed to it.
7 Keto is an awesome metabolic enhancing compound that helps to reduce body weight and body fat by giving you more of a hormone that tells your thyroid to increase your metabolism. You may say wow, that’s what I need. No, the 7-Keto is all you need, not the other stuff. Yes but no, see the body can only take so much of it at a time before its eliminated by the blood and the rest becomes expensive urine. So you cant just take it alone, it must be part of a plan.

Hoodia appears to affect the brain by making the stomach feel full and reducing the desire to eat.
Offers safe, caffeine-free, non-stimulant weight management support. It also may help in metabolizing fats.

Multivitamins - help you maintain the muscle that you have by providing nutrients your cells need. Understand if you don’t put enough nutrients in your body, you will lose muscle because your body will eat the muscle for those nutrients.

These supplements should be part of an overall lifestyle change, to a healthier one.

There isn't. If there was a magic pill, don't you think we'd all be on it and have a much thinner nation?
