ok it might sound gross but im 15 and got my period.
the 18 last month and its the 19th of the next month and i m supose to get it the same time just a month latter right but i diddent.. if im not supose to please tell me when im suppose to get it... and whats that best pads too use.. im new at this.. also is there any pads that you can go in water with.. and dont get messy?? if you know anything else important about A PERIOD please also include that thank you! very much..

I'm 23 years and up til a year ago I never had a problem with lubercation during sex. Now I am starting perimenopose.
Now when I make love with my boyfriend there is never or seldom enough lubercation. I have tried K-Y and Astroglide. I do not like these as they tend to be sticky and messy . Does anyone know of anything to help with my natural lube?

For the last maybe month or so, I have been consistently taking Xenadrine EFX as an energy booster bc I like the pick me up it was giving bc I had to be a work by 4am. Well I have decided to stop taking it, bc as of yesterday I started feeling nauseated, lightheaded, faint and dizzy, I'm also a day late on my period. Has anyone else experienced these side effects???

so i started my period about 6 months ago. i skipped 3 cycles and have just had one since i skipped those three. normally my period last like only 3 days and is pretty light, but this time it has lasted for more than a week(10 days). is this normal??

I can't help it when i see a beautiful women with pretty and beautiful feet. I get so crazy about them that i just want to feel them with my lips and kiss them. I woke up at 5 pm yesterday evening to discover small red bumps forming on my breast and upper stomach. It's 5 in the morning right now.
Since than, these bumps have spread all along my back and stomach, a bit on my neck, starting on my arms, and along my thighs.
I've recently been getting over a sore throat that turned into a head and nose cold, that's now a chest cold with a bit of a sore throat. Any ideas?
