It is excrutiatingly painful. I do the martial arts, and I was grappling (wrestling) another girl and I was on the offensive, and then she kneed me right there. I literally balled up and couldn't move. It felt like my nerves were burning, and not in a good way.

Talk about embarassing! My sensei came running over and said "What happened? Are you okay?" because normally I'm pretty good at shaking simple blows off.

People don't realize that it hurts girls too, but think about how many nerves we have down there. Of course it would. And I can tell you from experience that it hurts WAY more than getting hit in the boob.
