Women's Health - August 2006

Have had a blood test and everything is fine. confused as to why my periods still have not settled down. Keep being told it is because i was on the pill since i was 16 but a year down the line i am really frustrated!! Does a lack of exercise have a significant affect?

I used to walk about 4 miles every other day. I had a heart cath done last fall and quit walking because the weather got cold and I was having heart problems which are now resolved. I took off to go my usual route this morning and thought I was going to collapse less than 1/2 the way, so I shortened the walk. Should I start walking shorter distances and work up to it or should I get another excersize program going here? My heart is working great. This is the 1st time I have walked in over 5 months.

I suffer from bipolar, borderline personality disorder and PTSD. I spend a fair amount of time in and out of the psych hospital. I choose to give my daughters over to their fathers...it was the hardest decision to make...I think they are doing much better than they could with me...I still see them every month, though it is difficult to say goodbye and we talk on the phone a couple times a week so I can get the dish on what is going on.
Would there be a term for what kind of parent I am?? You know how there are single mothers, stay at home mothers...what am I?????

Im going to marry. Myself and my fiance planned Birth control for atleast 1 year. we dont take risk using pills. because she is taking aurvadha medicine already. So we have planned to use only condoms. please advice weather my decision is ok.
what will happen if we use condoms? wont it allow the fluid and semen even a drop??. will my partner get complete satisfaction, if use condoms? Im wondering about my first night. Please advice!
