What can i do to lessen the pain I get on my lower back during my period? I'm only 19 so ive been having my period for only a couple years so far but its really starting to irritate me. And i know it will continue for years to come. What are some ways to lessen the back pain?

hey..i am really embarresed to ask this but are u suppose to shave..."down there"? like when u have s** wouldn't it be kinda gross for the guy to feel ur hair down there? and if u are suppose to shave it..when do u?

I'm on the pill, and I missed one (I'm in my second week). I got my period the next day. This shouldn't happen with one missed pill! I messed it up a little last month (forgetting 2 in the 3rd week) so I just started this new pack, and I thought it would clear up, but now I got my period (lightly) after 1 missed!

HELP!

All my life my menstrual cycle has been very odd. I will have a period every four months or so or no period for a year, it is just very unpredictable. ( I had my first period at age 12) I am now 25 and my periods are still unpredictable except now when I have periods they last for quite a long time. I began my period on june 15th. It is now August 1st and I am still bleeding heavy with alot of big clots (sorry dont mean to gross you out). Anyone else been through this? Help I am sick of going to the Doctors. They always say they dont know whats wrong with me! (thanks doc I could have saved some time and money and diagnosed myself).

how do u shave ur knees the correct way without getting razor bumps? do u shave it from the side or do u just shave upwards onto the knee from the ankle? Also, if u shave downwards (from knee to ankle) do u get the same result as if u had shaved upwards?

Here's a short version of my story:
Not too long ago I got an infection in my left breast which resulted in percuset(Sp?) and antibiotics. Well, I went swimming the day before yesterday and the bikini I was wearing really bothered that area. Anyway, two days later and my right breast is still highly tender, and hurts just to be touched. Could this be the beginning of another infection? It is a little red, and has been itchy. I have hard tissue in both of my breasts that I have had for quite some time, which is what got infected last time. Simply put, what should I do?

I just started taking the pill to help with cramps, and I started the Day One method where you take it the first day of your period, but sometimes my cramps get so bad I throw up. if I get sick any other time would I be protected still? should I take another pill, but then what iff I vomit again? or what should I do?

I was taking micronor because I was breast feeding then I stopped & went on Alesse (not sure of spelling) I have been on it for 2 weeks exactly & this morning I appear to have started is this normal being I was already taking the pill & didn't take any time off taking them between changing them? My last period was like 15 or 16 days ago

Okay, here's the thing.

I haven't had a normal period since the end of April 2006. I know for a fact that I'm not pregnant because I've only had sexual intercourse twice this year, and protection was used both times. The last time I did anything was exactly 28 days ago today, I took an EPT test this morning, and it was negative.

I was on the BC pill until April and I decided to go off of it because I didn't like the way it made me feel. In May, at the time I should have gotten my period, it started and just went on and on and on and on. I spotted for a solid month, and the spotting stopped in June when my next period should have started. Now it's the first day of August and I haven't done anything yet. I know BC pills can screw up your system (I was only on them for three months though) but is it that common?

I've also recently started up a rather intense workout routine (I'm at the gym 1.5-2 hours six nights a week. I've read that doing that can mess up your system.

im a 21 yr old female and i have a couple problems which i think may all be related, here are my symptoms: 1) i sweat really bad in my armpits that i soak my shirt instantly even when its cold out.2) i sleep a lot sumtimes from 8pm til 4pm the next day cuz its hard for me to get out of bed, 3)i feel nervous and anxious all the time. 4) just two weeks ago i started sleep talking really bad. FYI, i dont drink or do drugs. i've tried ever antipersprent even drysol and they dont work, i've tried taking vitamines to not be so tired and that doesn't work either. what could be causing all of this??

Im 19 years old. I passed out drunk at a party, and my friends (mostly girls) took off all my clothes and put me in a dog cage and all took turns taking pictures with me naked in the cage, and them standing around pointing at me, etc. Was I abused? I woke up the next morning in the cage, naked, unable to open it from the inside and had to scream for like half an hour for someone to come downstairs to let me out. No one raped or touched me, and I dont remember it, I was just shown pictures the next day and told about it.
