I am a student nurse. All I can think of is anemia. Which means your blood levels may be too low. Try taking an iron supplement. Drinking plenty of water. Eating a lot of green leafy vegges and increase your dairy. If this does not work in a couple weeks go see your family doctor.

I'm not a doctor or anything like that but I went through the same thing when I was about 18 years old and I think that it's just a thing that a woman body goes through.
