This is what happens when you starve your body of carbohydrates. Carbs are your bodys preferred fuel source. Start eating a normal, balanced diet again rather than going with the fads and you should be fine. I've known too many women that have permanantly destroyed their bodies with low carb diets.

First of all, diets don't work. They may make u loose the weight by starving yourself making you only eat certain foods. As soon as you start eating regular food again, BAM, you've gained off all the weight. The only way to seriously (and heathily) lose some weight is to excerise and stop eating fatty food regularily. BTW, losing 15 pound in two week's ins't healhty. The max you should lose in a week is four pounds.
I have no idea what is causing this tingleing, but I'd get a doctor to check it out.

It depends, are you doing low carbs or low glycemic carbs. If you have basically cut carbs out of your diet, you may be experiencing symptoms of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).

Ask your doctor, but you may want to read up on some basic stuff about low blood sugar so you can ask your doctor about that too.

www.hufa.org has some basic info. Especially check out the symptoms link to see if you have any other symptoms too.

Sounds like you have the legs and arms tingly syndrome. Try taking a multi vitamin and drink lots of water. This should help you thru this cycle.

I agree with the others, Talk with your doctor immediatly or even stop the diet as soon as possible. Maybe try a different Diet but first got to the doctor.

I would see the doctor too. It probably does have something to do with the diet. If not, a big coincidence. Try weight watchers if you have to go off of that one. Buy the cookbooks (I didn't go to meetings - just followed their program).

Definetly see your doctor asap - that is not normal. Even if it's not from your weight loss, it could be a medical condition that needs to be dealt with!
