Here's a short version of my story:
Not too long ago I got an infection in my left breast which resulted in percuset(Sp?) and antibiotics. Well, I went swimming the day before yesterday and the bikini I was wearing really bothered that area. Anyway, two days later and my right breast is still highly tender, and hurts just to be touched. Could this be the beginning of another infection? It is a little red, and has been itchy. I have hard tissue in both of my breasts that I have had for quite some time, which is what got infected last time. Simply put, what should I do?

I dont really want to tell my mom about it as that will result in about 1,ooo more trips to the clinic and a wierd guy staring at my boobs... Im hoping it will go away with time, but yeah, I dont know...

It's possible the antibiotic didn't get rid of all the infection. Sounds like it's the other breast that's bothering you now, though. Sad to say, only a doctor can figure out what's wrong. It's normal not to want some "strange guy staring at your boobs," but I can assure you that a doctor has seen zillions of boobs and doesn't care at all about what yours look like. However, it sounds like you might be more comfortable with a woman doctor. Is it possible to have a woman doctor or a woman nurse practitioner take care of you at the clinic where you go?

I don't know what to say except see a doctor. You could ask to see a female doctor. Hope that helped (probably didn't). (",)

NOT TO SCAIR YOU, BUT THAT IS WHAT MY MOM HAD (ONLY SHE HAD IT IN HER CERVIX AND OVERIES). SHE LET IT GO FOR A YEAR AND WHEN SHE WENT TO THE DOCTOR, THEY TOLD HER THAT SHE HAD CANCER AND THAT SHE ONLY HAD 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR TO LIVE BECAUSE IT SPREAD SO FAST. SO I WOULD TELL YOUR MOM AND LET HER RUN YOU ALL OVER THE PLACE FOR APPOINTMENTS, IT SHOWS THAT SHE CARES.
