Im 19 years old. I passed out drunk at a party, and my friends (mostly girls) took off all my clothes and put me in a dog cage and all took turns taking pictures with me naked in the cage, and them standing around pointing at me, etc. Was I abused? I woke up the next morning in the cage, naked, unable to open it from the inside and had to scream for like half an hour for someone to come downstairs to let me out. No one raped or touched me, and I dont remember it, I was just shown pictures the next day and told about it.

Yes, I still call them my friends cause that's what they are. People who pass out are generally messed with at parties, I've just never known it to go so far... They told me about it the next day with a laugh, and thought it was funny and thought I would think it was funny. I don't, I pretended I did, but I don't find it funny.

YES! those were your friends, they are supposed to protect you and you are supposed to feel comfortable around them. they violated that and i would be mad, plus i would ask for all of those pictures and insist on getting them back. you never know where those things can turn up. i would ask for all copies, including the negatives. if they dont give them to you i would threaten to press charges. u may burn some bridges but u might be better off withough friends like that.

These are NOT YOUR FRIENDS. you were the victim of a crime you should report it to the police. However I do find that you share some fault in this you allowed booze to leave you vurnerable to such an attack that's make's you and well there is no nice way to sy it incredibly stupid although it is no excuse for what they did I am not sure I would use the word abused but clearly you were victimized Be glad that they were girls and not guys you coulda woke up burried alive, raped, tied up, in an unknown location, tourtued, GOD was looking out for you that night I hope you never drink booze and lose those so called "friends"

I wouldn't say that they per~say intentionally "abused" you. Although you said "mostly" girls so hopefully there was no sexual abuse that you are unaware of. I would say that your friends have a $hitty sense of humor. This is degrading whether it is abusive or not. It is ridiculous that they left you there overnight and unable to get out in the morning. That just continued on with the degradation. I would consider how much I really value this type of friend. And BTW make sure you get ALL the pictures.....don't need them being seen by the world.

I don't know to much about law I'm just starting but I remember my teacher telling me something about imprisonment which consisted of someone locking you inside of a room or in any other places that you could not get out of, or a place that was lock from outside and that you could not open constituted inprisonment, I think you might have a case there, I suggest you talk to a lawyer. For Adding insult to injuries you were naked and pictures were taken. yes you were abused. Please press charges, so that this sort of things do not happen again.

sounds like some chics are jealous of you & feel insecure about themselves & wanted to make you look like an idiot. i see you call them "my friends" in this question...i really hope you re-evaluate your relationship with these "friends" and see that you are not deserving of them.
you, in my opinion, were physically abused, mentally abused, as well as emotionally abused. i don't think that you will, but you should file charges against these people. you were naked! and they took pictures of you! let me ask you this...if you had a little sister who was 19, or your daughter, and this happened...would you consider not filing charges? if you would for them...why would you hesitate for yourself? besides, if they know they can get away with this...what the heck is next??? please take my avise....it's terrible what they did to you. how do you know that those pictures won't end up somewhere else, and could ruin your life when you're older? i would definitely file charges...or at least talk to a lawyer about this. free consultaion...never hurts...you won't owe a dime...and you could actually gain something out of it. i'm sorry this happened to you...i would NEVER do this to any of my "friends".

Though not in the best taste or judgement it sounds like they were just having some sort of twisted fun with you passed out.
If I were you I would take this as a big lesson and watch what you drink and who you pass out around if it were a group of gys you didn't know very well the outcome may have been a lot worse.

Maybe you should take laughs_out_loud and cutie0529's advice and go talk to a lawyer.
If you don't want to go see a lawyer or press charges then I'd be careful next time at a party.
Would you do something like that to a "friend"?

es. Change friends and stop drinking. You abused yourself first by getting so drunk you could have died, then friends left you to perhaps vomit and choke`to death. Then the obvious, they tortured an invaded you.
Blacking out is serious business, don't drink anymore, realy.

So I guess you shouldn't drink so much, huh? You are too young to be drinking anyway.
No you weren't "abused." You are trying to shift the blame to others when you are the one who made the bad choice to begin with.
