my knee is very painful. doctor says i need to go get m.r.i. on it to find out what's wrong . do i put cold ice packs or heat on my knee for the pain . ? doctor says i could have torn ligaments or miniscus . i forgot to ask him . heat or cold ?

Is there a certain amount of time you should wear one? I wear it for about 6/7 hours before I change it, but my mom says I can wear it until its full!

how do you shave it clean .. i tried before and it doesn't completely cut the hair.. and when it grows back, it's sooo itchy! if i shave, is there any way that i can make it not itchy?

On two different occasions I noticed something about my best friend. We spent a day out last week. She made us breakfast before we left, I didn't notice a huge portion, she claimed how "stuffed" she was and after we finished, before we headed out, she excused herself to brush her teeth. I waited and waited, decided to head out to the car. She comes out of the house with something on her shirt, looked like she spilled something but we didn't eat or drink anything that looked like the spot on her shirt. The night before she said something like "we could be skinny if we vomited like them" speaking about certain celebrities. She went in and changed her top and I still didn't think anything of it until last night when we went out to dinner. She ate and ate, but so did I. Again, she mentioned vomiting! She excused herself to the bathroom before leaving, in there for a very long time. Made mention of it being a nice restroom cuz "the kitchen is next to it so no one can hear in there

Hi, This is the first time I send anything so excuse me if I did make any mistakes.
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism less than a year ago. I was 14 years old then. I didn't have any symptoms back then it was just a random blood test that led to the discovery. I wasn't given any medications as 3 doctors said that there was no need to it. I go for check up every 4-5 months and give blood tests. Well the problem is for a while now I noticed some stuff that I had no propblem with before. These include: *Fatigue and weakness *shortness of breath and chest pains accompanied by pain in the left arm *lower back pains *a little hair loss (when i comb my hair or take a shower) *I kinda always feel sad *I seem to forget some stuff and I try hard to remeber them (such as I can't recall what happened in an episode I was watching or a book I am reading..etc after a few days from the event) *My hands and feet are cold most of the time. Are these the symptoms or is something else wrong? Thanks

As much as it hurts a man?

I know there's no testicles there or anything (I'm no stranger to the area in question),... but I was wondering if something else may be "at play" to create the same "unique" pain that men endure when hit or kicked in the groin.

This has been a question that's plagued me since I was a child.

Never actually had the courage to ask a woman in person for fear of being looked at strangely or laughed at for not knowing. But since the internet is basically faceless and we're all here right now... I figured "What the hell?" I may as well ask and get it over with.

I don't know if I want to have a pap smear in December to renew my patches because
I want to be off of them for awhile to see if my periods are going to be normal.
(1.) I have been getting pap smears done for a few years now will my doctor get mad if
I don't go go in to get one done in December??? Why or why not???
(2.) How do u know???
(3.) Will she still see me??? Why or why not???
(4.) How do u know???
(5.) I might go back to see her before December & she & my nurse will remind me of
my pap smear that I'm supposed to get done in December but I don't want to
say anythig is that ok???

Okay my baby sousin is about 8-9 monthes old im not exactly sure and we where playing with him and he crawled off the bed which is like 1 foot and a half off the floor and he fell on his back not so much his head but maybe a little bit where not sure it all happend so fast he was awake and he was crying now he is sleeping.


is he going to be okay i dnt wanna be responisble for him not being okay im really scarred and no im not sending him to a doctor.
