It is possible to have orgasms at a young age. Jusst tell your sister that you had an exciting dream and leave it at that. There is nothing you can do to stop the orgasms so I guess you just enjoy them.

masturbate before you go to bed... guys have the same problem some times...wet dreams...most of the time you just need 2 mastUrbate and get it out of ur system ..however girls are different because you can have consecutive orgasms...so it might not help because women are made to nave one and be fine and ready for another, where as guys have one and get really tired, kind of like a sugar crash
