Just type in PMS relief and you will find a lot of natural supplements for it. But taking a good multivitamin and increasing you B-complex vitamins along with magnesium and calcium and drinking a lot of water can help. If need you can ask your dr for a tranquilizer that works good and can take the edge off your PMS problem. That was the only relief I had and a life saver to my husband and children who use to suffer from my behavior due PMS.

Yes there are different teas specifically for PMS. I myself notice that when I excercise regularly I have less PMS symptoms. Noni juice also helps with symptoms. I know because Ive taken this drink for some time now. Hope this helps.

Go to Whole Foods and just ask someone who works there. They have several herbal remedies they will recommend. Very inexpensive as well as effective.

A muzzle, lock them in the closset.., and PLEASE , keep your silver bullet handy.
OK,OK.., so that was uncalled for..,
BUT seriously, I know that my girl uses a variety of things from the health food stores, something that stabilizes her hormones..,
At this point in time it is best if [WE] men just agree with everything that a women has to say..,
AND REMEMBER..,
It is always our faults!! : )
