my period.. i dont no wut to do pads dont work for me shouldi try tampons ...how do the work how do i make it not hurt to take out and in sry if its gross but i need sum help...?

You can try tampons, but if you're really petite or still a virgin, try the type specifically designed for that, slims or light days, with the rounded top... The packaging has very detailed instructions, it's pretty hard to screw up, and trust me.. they're alot more comfortable. Good Luck!!

Not a gross quesiton, honey, very normal. :) Pads don't work for me either, tampons you get used (definitely start with the slender/light ones) and when they're in right, you don't even feel them. It won't hurt going in if you use the rounded tip and it won't hurt taking it out if you're calm. It only hurts pulling mine out when I'm really tense and my muscles are clamped down around it. I sit down on the toilet to put them in and take them out to avoid my muscles tensing. Also, putting them in, make sure to aim at the small of your back. Sometimes I have to stop midway through putting it in and readjust the angle.

try tampons. pads they are gross.
