Well either:
1. You've lost 20lbs but can't tell because you see yourself EVERYDAY and you're used to your body.
2. You lost water weight and muscle mass instead of fat by dieting the wrong way, so you still have the same fat on your body even though the scale is lower (and people are lying because, well, sometimes they do to make you feel better).
It's best to use measurements or a body fat percentage test to track your weight loss. Doing it by eye can be tricky sometimes.

I think you have a "body image distortion". Unless of course you weighed 200 plus pounds before the weight loss. In which case you are still a big momma and may need to lose a hundred more pounds or so before you see an improvment.
According to the US government if you BMI is less than 25 you are not overweight. Here is a link to a simple BMI calculator, just plug in the numbers.

when you look at your same body day after day you dont notice what other people do. good going on the weight keep up the good work and believe your friends when they tell you you have lost weight

you see Ur self as badly as possible...have sex in a mirror...i noticed that every one looks good in porn, and watching your self is even more of a turn on...maybe if you see Ur self from another persons shoes, u might begin to see what u really look like
