Milk makes me sick so I use soya milk which is packed with vits, but oranges and broccoli (and other dark leafy greens) have more calcium than milk or cheese (unbelievable I know!) and obviously they're stuffed with vits too! Soya milk has really made a difference to me. It helps your moods, skin, nails and hair too because of all it's nutritional qualities. Give it a try and you'll notice that it gives you a lift. Good luck!

I'm wondering if its just cows milk you can't take if that's the case you can still have cheese made from goats milk and use soya for everything else ... maybe you should see if your Dr could send you to a dietician they would be able to help you much better .. at least you would know all the foods that can help you

I think soya milk has lots of added vitiams, and perhaps rice milk, however i dont like the taste of soya but you can get driffent flavours of soya like choclate that taste ok, or camel milk has alot of vitiams in and is suppose to taste alot like milk and can bebrought online, aslo visits the vegan society website that will tell you what you can subsite with as they dont eat dairy
good luck!

try yogurt, dry leafy vegtables, a calcium pill, fish. Milk and cheese are common allergies and a lot of people are lacto intolerant.
