For the last maybe month or so, I have been consistently taking Xenadrine EFX as an energy booster bc I like the pick me up it was giving bc I had to be a work by 4am. Well I have decided to stop taking it, bc as of yesterday I started feeling nauseated, lightheaded, faint and dizzy, I'm also a day late on my period. Has anyone else experienced these side effects???

your probably coming down from your energry boost you were getting.nothing to worry about.just take it easy. the reason your probably late is because sometimes when you take diet pills they change your whole system so you will get it don't worry. your body just needed to come down from all the new stuff it was taking in. you will be ok dont worry.

This is actually an easy one...You are going through drug withdraw. I am not kidding. All "energy boosters" rely on some kind of stimulant that is addictive, to include caffeine. You will gain a tolerance for it, and then if you discontinue it you go through withdraw.
