I'm on Dianette, which is a contraceptive pill which helps with the problems of acne and hirsuitism.

Other medication used is Metformin, which controls the sugar levels in the body and prevents you developing type two diabetes which is common in PCOS.

If you're trying to conceive, your doctor might put you on a course of clomiphene (Clomid) to induce ovulation.
