I have been noticing lately that if I consume more than one serving a day of Aspartame or Splenda, I will get really sick. Headache, dizziness, exhaustion, fatigue, tightness around the head and neck.
I try to avoid artificial sweetners but was offered a Listerine Pocket Pack (cinnimon) I ate about 3 servings that day and the next day I needed to leave work early to go home and rest. Anyone else?

Hey..iam 21 yrs old boy and iam jus 5'3'' (160cms) i want atleast to be 170cms...i really feel bad wen i get among ppl..is there really a chance to grow taller at this age? can this hi-grow height increaser like devices work? i dont know wat to do now ......plzz help me out of this problem....iam very vexed bcz of this problem.....i feel very odd getting with ppl.plzzzzz help me frnds......has anyone made a chance to grow and has some good results ? plzz tell me some way....Thank you in advance.

What I actually want to know is, do certain foods require more energy to digest? And if so, will you loose more weight by eating a more "difficult" to digest food as oppose to an "easier" to digest food that contains the same amount of calories. If I eat 100cal of a food that requires more energy to digest, will I absorb slighty less calories than I would if I ate 100cal of an "easier" to digest food. Please notice that I am not asking about negative calorie foods, which so far as I know, are considered a myth by most professionals.

will i have 2 wear a special gown and hat in the operation room?

do i have to remove any headwear??

Other than looking sexy, what purpose is it that most belly buttons are concave? Since the belly button is a scar, why wouldn't it just heal flush to the rest of the skin on the stomach? Was there some 'use' for an innie navel thousands of years ago?

I can't ****, everytime I do it hurts and I bleed, once i have my buttocks sting and burns. Does anyone have any ideas please, anything would be great. I also have lower abdominable pain as well.

On Wednesday I woke up and washed my face, then went outside for the newspaper and when I came back in I felt as if my left ear was clogged. I did not pay much attention to it, but when I tried to listen to my voicemail messages with my left ear, I could hardly hear anything (I heard everything so far away and with a slight distortion). By the end of the day I couldn't hear ANYTHING, which led me to visit my doctor. The doctor said it was a "slight ear infection," and that I was NOT losing my left-ear hearing. She gave me ear drops and I have been applying them morning and night, but I still can't feel/hear any improvements. She gave me one week, until next Wednesday--and if I don't "feel better" I will go back to see her--and then she'll send me to an ear specialist.

*Before this happened I did use q-tips a lot; morning and night, every day. Some friends/family members say that I might have wax all the way inside clogged up,they say it's not soo good to use q-tips.

I took Hoodia this morning around 10:15AM, and Zantrex-3 around 11:15AM about 15 minutes before I ate breakfast, as instructed. I went to the gym a few hours after I ate breakfast, and when I got home I took more Zantrex before I ate lunch. I felt first after the first serving in the morning, but about 30 minutes after taking the second group of Zantrex, I began experiencing light headedness and dizziness. It's about 9 hours later, and now I have a horrible headache in addition to on and off nausea with a normal temperate of 96.9 F. I'm an 18 year old female, and this was my second day taking Zantrex. Will these side effects wear off, or should I pay the Emergency Room a visit? My eyes are kind of foggy and very slightly blood shot, and my skin kind of pale (then again, I am very pale to begin with). I would take aspirin for my headache, but I don't want to take anymore pills.
