Well most of the time it happens when your talking alot and eatting at the same time or when your in a hurry to eat. The tongue is used to move your food around so that your teeth can grind the fod small enough so you can swallow. But when your eattingt oo fast your tongue doesn't move as fast and every now and then you will bite it.

Mostly if your not paying attenion to it or you move your tongue accidently without knowing it while we're chewing and then OW!

usually this happens because you are chewing too fast and not paying attention.
